Cynthia Virgen is a Paralegal with The Herman Firm. Originally from Southern California, Cynthia now proudly calls the East Bay her home. She attended UC Santa Barbara where she earned her B.A. in Law and Society and later went on to obtain her Paralegal Certificate from San Francisco State University in 2009. She has been working as a civil litigation paralegal since then, starting at a firm specializing in landlord-tenant law. During her time there, she advocated for tenants in the Bay Area. Thereafter, she found her purpose working in personal injury and has spent the last 9 years focusing on assisting those with personal injury claims. Cynthia brings experience in all phases of pre-litigation and litigation. She enjoys working with clients on their personal injury cases and helping them achieve the best result possible.
